Folashade, I liked the fact that you would start with a re-assessment of the current organizational practices for employee development. Good suggestion to utilize 360 degree feedback as part of your approach. I liked your three recommendations for the staff development initiatives. I would have liked more detail on the employee need(s) each one would address. School districts that have created teams to oversee and recommend employee development have been very successful. Mike
